BSidesSLC is a community-driven cybersecurity conference where anyone—from students to seasoned professionals—can contribute, connect, and learn.

This year’s Call for Papers includes:

• Talks (25 or 50 minutes)

• Trainings & Workshops (hands-on, 2–4 hours)

• Community Sessions (panels, meetups, demos, resume reviews, etc.)

• Social Engineering & Human Factors

Whether your content is deeply technical, strategic, or community-focused, BSidesSLC thrives on diversity of thought and experience.

 

Submission Guidelines

Help us understand why your session matters and what makes it stand out. When submitting, please include:

• A detailed abstract describing your topic and key takeaways.

• Any links to previous talks or resources, if applicable.

• Clear notes if your topic touches on sensitive or legal issues, so our review team can consider context.

• A reminder: no remote presentations will be accepted this year — speakers must present in person.

Preference will be given to new, original content not previously presented at other conferences.
